Pathways empowers financially disadvantaged but academically gifted public senior high school students through programs that address the search for their Calling, Character Formation, and their need for Community. Each program hopes to equip students with the life tools that will help them during and after college.
Aside from school fees, students are challenged with choosing which school and course to take. We help them take this big step with their families while considering their finances and their individual strengths and interests.
Our students also learn invaluable skills like project management, the entrepreneur mindset, and design thinking with the help of our academy partners. They are also mentored by professionals in various fields who guide them in their professional development.

At the heart of our work is our belief in discernment and the values of integrity, service to society, and commitment to excellence. In doing so, we hope for a future with leaders from the grassroots who are guided by their morals and a strong sense of service.

Being part of a greater community of students from similar backgrounds fosters a sense of belonging and support that has helped our scholars through personal and academic challenges.
In a 2019 study by the Pambansang Samahan ng Sikolohiyang Pilipino (PSSP), Pathways alumni cited the importance of a sense of community in their growth as leaders. The support propelled them into heights they would only have considered with inspiration and motivation from their peers.
