Our mentoring program enables participants to explore possible career opportunities and further their understanding of their role in society with the help of mentors from professional backgrounds. 

We envision holistic and long-term relationships characterized by mutual learning between wisdom-rich mentors who guide their eager, college-level mentees toward their fullest potential.

Here, students gain the opportunity to learn more about the working world on top of developing skills needed for their careers as they are paired with mentors from the target industries or courses that participants identified.

We have partnered with companies for career fairs and similar opportunities to give students advice on how to successfully navigate internships and job interviews. In addition, some of these companies have offered internships and job opportunities to qualified participants.
